"Two North Dakota farmers have filed an appeal to end the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's ban on industrial hemp production.

Attorneys for State Representative David Monson, Osnabrock, and Wayne Hauge, Ray, filed appeals with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit."
